Who are we?
SECO GROUPE, Inc. is an international outsourcing service company that houses SECO Hospitality, and SECO Security as its three primary businesses among other minor companies at a national and international level. The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida doing business in Nevada, California, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Illinois, Maine, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and North Carolina and ready to expand to other markets. Internationally, SECO GROUPE, Inc. has a presence in Haiti and Jamaica.
SECO Security was founded to successfully provide security guard, concierge and consulting services in a very personalized level to all our clients. Our clients come from different market segments featuring the hospitality industry at the core of our existence; hotels, resorts, casinos, convention centers and restaurants. Other segments include residential, industrial, commercial, aviation, distribution centers, retail, office buildings, mixed used properties and government facilities. We pledge to continue our commitment of doing whatever is necessary to assure customer satisfaction, protection, safety and security of everything entrusted into our hands.

It explains all the policies and procedures in place, company expectations, our market segments, training opportunities in general, employee benefits and how to establish an efficient and effective communication channel between the employee and the company (1 hour).
An overview of the importance of customer service, how to deliver quality service, how to defuse heated situations, the results of good customer service, professional qualities in customer service, simple actions to follow, telephone etiquette, preparing for the first impression, how clients measure customer service and factors that create a negative impression (1.5 hours).
Understanding the role of the security officer in safety, identify/fix/report safety hazards, prevent and report a fire and other emergency situations, apply ergonomics to job tasks, use protective equipment, understanding of basic electrical hazards, workplace violence, basic first aid response and safe driving (1.5 hours).
Importance of well written reports, good and bad characteristics of an incident report and elements of a complete report (1 hour).
An overview of the definition an understanding of terrorism, the making of a terrorist, types/methods and targets of terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, identifying vulnerabilities for an attack, identifying terrorist activities prior to an attack, recognizing/reporting/reacting to terrorist activities and dealing with suspicious packages. Class includes a Case Study, quiz and written exam (2 hours).

Seco Security Training School

Is a Florida Licensed training facility to instruct and license new Security Officers in compliance with Chapter 493. We pride ourselves on counting with a comfortable facility suited to study and learn all the requirements needed to be Licensed.
Our professional team of licensed instructors interacts with our students to create a more efficient way of learning by answering all questions and sharing real life events in the industry.
The Florida Basic Security License Course consists of forty (40) hours of basic classroom training covering the following:
